Bert follows up his epic Machine story with a story about strippers & flying dildos in Amsterdam that had us crying. And when you find out how Rolling Stone discovered Bert in college and deemed him as the ‘top partier’ at the top party school, you’ll understand why.
Bert has been doing stand up for more than a decade. While I enjoy his stories and his story telling ability he doesn't seem to be progressing as a comedian. Also, Joey Diaz special was very disappointing.
Put your stuff online please. If you have a clip of you doing stand up and it's not online. Please just put it online for everyone to see. I sat on a clip for over three years, put it on r/standup a few weeks back, and since then I've had opportunities come to me that I couldn't have imagined if I hadn't posted it.
Bert Kreischer is a funny man. If you don't know of The Machine - learn! Great set at the Addison Improv tonight. He made a couple kiss and told The Machine story, plus the first ever Flying Dildos story on stage! A fan suggested a new title - Bert Kreischer and the Three Invisible Dicks!
Bert is in a tough place with this story, because it's become such a large part of his persona. People get upset when he tells it, and people get upset when he doesn't. It's like going to see Journey and they don't play Don't Stop Believin'. Even Bert said that he hoped telling it on his special would be the last time he'd have to tell it.
